Asian Icons is a self-initiated editorial concept where cultural storytelling meets the playful spirit of Disney. Inspired by my long-standing appreciation for Disney’s visual storytelling, the project celebrates Asian culture through expressive characters, vibrant color, and curated recipes inspired by iconic Chinese and Japanese dishes. Through illustration, editorial design, and a fully hand-drawn animation, I explored how culture can be celebrated through joy, creativity, and meaningful representation.
